Inaugurated a state of the art Call Centre in Guntapalli, Vijayawada, which will stand as an excellent cost-free interactive platform for the citizens to directly enquire, file complaint and suggest. The queries will constantly be monitored, reviewed and daily reports will be sent to the officials of the relevant departments.

The aim is to actively interact with the citizens of Andhra Pradesh on a day to day basis and provide better governance.

Introducing CM Connect, a new feature developed within Kaizala, to create a direct channel of communication between Citizens and CM.

Using Kaizala, citizens can provide their opinion and feedback on a daily basis. This feedback will be reviewed by CM directly and based on the feedback, necessary action shall be taken.

This is a big step towards enabling a Citizen-driven participatory governance that operates in real time mode.
